Family Life Coaching 

Develops and implements strategies to achieve the following goals:

• Supporting the parental alliance
• Encouraging accountability 
• Simplifying routines and clearly defining roles
• Improving communication between the family members
• Optimizing the health and wellness of the family system

Kidney Support Group 

Creates a safe space to facilitate discussions, share experiences, provide support, and connect with others adjusting to life with kidney disease.

3 different groups will be offered, each with its own specific theme:

1. Individuals in stages 1-4
2. Individuals living with dialysis treatment
3. Individuals adjusting to life after transplant

A 4th group will provide support for caretakers who are primarily responsible for assisting family members or friends with their daily kidney treatment needs.
